About the event

Kum Nye is an ancient form of Tibetan Yoga brought to the West by Lama Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche. The practice promotes awareness through movement for health, vitality and wellbeing.

It combines sitting and walking meditation with gentle physical exercises, which relax the mind and help us to find more energy, ease and comfort in the body. Exercises can be adapted for all levels and abilities.

Kum Nye is practiced with care and slow attention to feelings and sensations within the body, allowing our awareness to sharpen and senses to open. These movement practices have the potential to enliven and invigorate, and the effects on both mind and body can be deep and long lasting.

Cost £10.00 per session or £25.00 for 3.
